Our effort is directed at providing a consistent services of the highest standard comparable to our competitors, at reasonable rates in relation to the requirements of the international traveller. We believe that the quality of our services is proven by the fact that our exisiting clientele including large renowned companies such as L´Oreal Paris, Lease Plan, Creditanstalt, Logica and TelSources continue to use our service time and time again. More than 45% of our regular customers are foreign businessmen and international visitors.

We offer to our clients:

• short, medium and long-term rentals of various types of vehicles
• advantageous tariffs for medium and long-term rentals
• immediate replacement of vehicles if a breakdown or accident occurs
• maximum service for the rented vehicles
• a pick up and delivery service at various locations in Prague as requested with no additional charge
• working hours daily from 7 am till 9 pm

Rental Rates

• Rental rates include oil, maintenance and public liability insurance. Gasoline at renter's expense.
• Rates are applicable on a basis of 24 hours rental period from the start of rental.
• Minimum rental period is 1 day (i.e. 24 hours).
• All rates are subject to local tax.
• All prices are charged in Czech Crowns (CZK), rates in USD are an indication and are for reference only.

• Fuel Tax 22 %
• Airport Access Fees 395,- CZK (10,70 USD)
• Fuel - Vehicles are rented with a full tank and should be also returned with a full tank to avoid locally determined refuelling charge

Payments

The car rental costs can be paid both in cash and by credit cards of American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Eurocard, and Visa.

Renter

Qualifications Renter must have a valid driver's license held for minimum of 1 year from resident country. Minimum driver age 21 years.

pick up and delivery

• Airport Ruzyně
  The A-RenT CAR counter is directly opposite the arrival hall in the Rodop Airport Center, approximately 100 m from the terminal. Customers can advise us of their expected arrival time when making their reservation or call to be collected.
• Downtown
  A pick up and delivery service at various locations in Prague is available for no additional charge. Customers should telephone the A-RenT CAR office in advance.

One Way Rentals

No extra charge between A-RenT CAR stations in Czech Republic. For other cases any office will be pleased to provide further detailed information.

Insurance

• Third party insurance:
  The vehicles are insured against liability for damages caused to a third party. This insurance covers damage caused by motor vehicles within Czech Republic territory and European countries.
• Accident insurance:
  Accident insurance with part liability of user is valid only within the Czech Republic. It includes damages, theft and car parts. The renter is responsible for accident damage on the rented car up to the full difference between the insurance paid out and the cost of repairs.
• Waiving responsibility of renter (CDW):
  The renter can choose to waive his/her responsibility for damage or theft of the rented vehicle and its parts, for an additional fee. Waiving responsibility is not valid if the renter violates the rental terms and conditions or loses car documents and keys.

• Additional accident insurance for abroad:
  When intending to travel with rented vehicle outside Czech territory the renter is obliged to inform the rental office of their intention beforehand so that a special insurance provision may be included. Such a provision is valid for all European countries with the exception of territories, which are at war.
• Personal accident insurance (PAI):
  Vehicle insurance does not include insurance of persons or luggage. Personal insurance is possible for additional daily charge:
